- Blocks are now modified only if their material hasn't changed from the beginning of the analysis stage.

- World states moved to "world_states" folder.
- Entities and other special items still can't be used.
- CB flavors such as MCPC with Forge cannot use the internal configuration file as the default, if a config file is already present on the disk. Whenever plugin updates are applied the config file needs to be manually deleted.
