CartManager

Version 0.2A:
    - Vehicles are removed when you exit them
    - Explosions Visual and Audio Effect when exiting.
    - Removed Netherrack stations (Use a Anti-Grief plugin, i am currently making a very simple one)

Version 0.1A:
    - Spawn minecarts with /cm give
    - Create Netherrack stations that are indestructible.

None so far. Not much to go wrong :P

I test this plugin on a server where this is the only plugin, please report any plugin conflicts and i will attempt to fix them.
