CartEssentials!

Description

Have you ever wanted to speed up a minecart, make booster blocks instead of using the powered rail, make a station, or anything else? Well now you can with this plugin! (This is not a ripoff of CraftBook. I'm extracting some of the ideas from CraftBook, improving them, implementing new ideas, and putting it all together!) Any block effects there are (boosters, breakers, stoppers, etc.) go directly under the rail that you want the effect to activate on. See effects section for more details.

Commands

/ce help - Displays help menu.
/ce reload - Reloads config file.
/ce stationary - While flying, this will make you fall very slowly. - Working on this.
/ce fly - While not flying, this will enable flying (Without the fly block). You can be on rails or not, but it will only activate once you de-rail.

Permissions

cartessentials.ce - Access to /ce.
cartessentials.command.reload - Access to /ce reload.
cartessentials.command.fly- Access to /ce fly.
cartessentials.command.stationary - Access to /ce stationary.
cartessentials.command.*- All commands including /ce.
cartessentials.fly - Access to flying - See Effects Section.
cartessentials.jump - Access to better jump - See Effects Section.
cartessentials.effects.EFFECT - Effects: speed, break, stop, reverse - See Effects Section.
cartessentials.effects.* - Access to all effects.

Effects

Fly - When a player in a minecart or just a minecart jumps off of a ramp (with rails) on a minecart, and the base block was a sponge (or whatever is in the config file), then they can fly the minecart. The base block is the block directly under the very FIRST diagonal rail, connecting the ground to the block ahead of it.

Jump - When a player in a minecart or just a minecart jumps off of a ramp normally, without the sponge, then the jump is more realistic (goes farther). You can disable this in the config.

Speed - When a player in a minecart or just a minecart passes over a gold ore (changeable in the config), it will speed up the minecart.

Break - When a player in a minecart or just a minecart passes over a piece of wool (changeable in the config), it will cut the speed in half.

Stop - When a player in a minecart or just a minecart passes over a piece of wool (changeable in the config), it will stop the cart and eject the player if one is riding it. Useful for creating stations and kicking people out of the minecart. The cart comes to a COMPLETE stop.

Reverse - When a player in a minecart or just a minecart passes over a piece of wool (changeable in the config), it will keep the same speed, but go the opposite direction.
