What's new
Fixed problems (but need testing with 5 or more people) ExactTeamMemberCount.
Now players cant build in lobby.
Also players cant build with not their own wool around the points.
There may be some bugs with **ExactTeamMemberCount** option since it tested only with 3 players and two teams.
