- Players, on death, will always spawn some place random with the starting equipment, even if they have a bed location set.
- Support messages sent with /support will be printed to the console.
- Worlds will have the plugin disabled by default. The plugin will only be enabled on worlds that are listed in the worlds section of plugins/cakesminerapocalypse/config.yml

- Fixed spawn changing bug where players spawn where others do.
