GriefPrevention addon: Changes /buyclaimblocks to buy accrued blocks instead of bonus claim blocks.

Changes the /buyclaimblocks (and aliased) commands of GriefPrevention to buy accrued blocks instead of bonus claim blocks.

Filmjolk requested this so players can't buy an infinite amount of claim blocks.

This is a GriefPrevention addon requested by Filmjolk.
