What's new
Fixes:
- customjoinmsg didn't work.
- /say didn't do anything.
- /burnchat setgroup <player> <group> put "true" in config instead of player UUID list.
New features:
- New permissions to allow players chat with &Color codes only if they have for chat "burnchat.color.chat" and for messages "burnchat.color.pm".
- Tab player list now have prefixes, custom nicknames and suffixes. Config has 2 settings for it, tablistnames - allow names tab list custom change, and tablistformat - format for tab list players custom names.
- /say <text> - Config has new setting for it - broadcastformat
- customleavemsg config option - allow custom leave messages.
