This plugin allows you to spawn a creeper by placing a leaves block, placing a TNT block on top, covering the sides of the TNT with vines, and placing a leaves block on top. The creeper-shaped sculpture will automatically turn into a creeper.
Inspired by the inclusion of Snow Golems in Minecraft 1.9.
