-added permissions for riding broom. Player must now have broomsticks.ride permission node to ride a broom -fixed conflict with craftbook chairs
-appears to duplicate the broom item while enchanting the broom but the second broom item disappears when clicked -horse blinks underneath player in flight -horse sounds play while on broom
