Broken Hoppers (Paper)

What does the plugin do

Whenever a hopper is used to move an item, the hopper breaks instantly and drops everything it had inside it.

Why use this plugin

Some servers may not want hoppers to be used (ie for performance), this plugin renders hoppers useless so players won't use them, getting (slightly) better server performance.
