Bottles
Save your Experience Points into bottles to save, sell or trade.

Description
Bottles will allow players on your server to save their Experience Points into bottles to save for later, sell or trade on your server. The Experience Bottles are based off Experience Points not Experience Levels.
Commands
These are all the current commands:
- /bottle: Displays command usage.
- /bottle all: Will create Exp Bottle with all XP.
- /bottle amount: Will create Exp Bottle with specified amount.
- /bottle reload: Will reload Bottles config.
Permissions
- bottles.use: Gives access to /bottle command.
- default: op
- bottles.reload: Gives access to /bottle reload command.
- default: op
- bottles.exempt: Removes the need for a glass bottle.
- default: false

- Add permission to remove Glass Bottle requirement (done)
- Option to exempt Ops from requiring Glass Bottle (done)
