Boom! - The All-In-One Griefing Plugin!
I (@hammale) am now officially stepping down as a dev for Boom! and all of my other plugins. Thanks to all for a fun ride!
Recomended Build: N/A
Latest Version: Pre-release v0.1.0
Built For: RB 1597
Compatibility: RB 1597
What Is Boom?
Well IMO Boom! is the best plugin I've ever made! I LOVE to grief servers but I am SO sick of all these great griefing plugins being separate! I decided that I it was time to make an all-in-one plugin. Although I took a lot of the ideas from pre-existing plugins, all the code is 100% mine!
What Can It Do?
Well I added a TON of features to the plugin! Currently Boom! can do:
Configurable explosion size nukes (when you throw eggs) - /boom nuke -OR- /boom nuke <size>
Flint and Steel flamethrowers - /boom flame, then right click w/ a Flint and Steel in hand
Ability to zap players and the block your looking at w/ lightning - /boom zap -OR- /boom zap <player>
Flying exploding pigs - /boom pig
Landmines - /boom mine, then follow on-screen instructions
Airstrikes (pretty sweet) - /boom airstrike, then mark corners w/ Redstone torches much like the Wood Axe in WorldEdit
Torch mode (as you walk the block at your feet starts on fire) - /boom torch
Launch a fireball (like a Ghast) - /boom fireball
Commands?
Along with the above commands Boom! has:
- /boom help - Displays all available commands
- /boom info - Displays author and version info
Download/Source?
You can download Boom! here and all source can be found on my GitHub here.
Bugs?
Well this plugin is still in testing so there are quite a few bugs :D The ones I'm aware of are:
- The config.yml is ignored, I just used it as a lazyman's way to make the Boom folder
- After a landmine explodes if you put another pressure plate down in the same spot it will still explode :D
- Airstrikes can be a bit laggy if you select a large area, theirs not much I can do about this though :D
Can I Help?
Well although I started this project as a personal one for my server, I would LOVE to add any features that you can think of. I am thinking of adding some form of mob attack thing but I'm not quite sure...If you have any comments/questions/concerns just drop a comment or file a ticket!
