• Changed default permission: booksuite.copy.other now defaults to true, as anyone can use vanilla means to copy any book.
• Removed the inbuilt permissions system and relevant config option.
• Added the permission booksuite.command (default true) to /book. It will no longer tab complete for users without access. It will still return the customizable denial message for users with access to the command who cannot use any sub-commands.
• Fixed /book load not working properly
• Removed debug-mode config option
• Refactored a lot of internals
• Removed unused translatable strings

Due to encoding differences, importing from sites that are not plaintext will cause issues for any special characters. Use a site that supports a plaintext view.
Bukkit pastes do support this, just add .txt at the end of the url, e.g. http://dev.bukkit.org/paste/gy7ekjupawivnbxq.txt.
A basic rule of thumb: If right clicking -> view page source doesn't look pretty much like your book, it might not work right.
