BookSuite

Books loaded from URL must be surrounded in <book> and </book> tags. Books saved in /BookSuite/SavedBooks/ do not have to be updated. Please refer to the (not so) importable example book
This build uses 3.0.0 permissions. Be sure to update! Mail is not yet available.
The file is a full release, I just don't want to mess with my versioning system.

If the URL used importing a book checks out but takes too long to respond, an empty temp file can be created and never deleted. To fix this, reload the plugin... but since there is no reload command, the whole server must be reloaded/restarted. Oops.

Prerelease 2 does not contain BookSuite 3.0.0's mailing feature.
It's for the best, really.
