- Fixed book saving failing on non-Windows servers
- Custom book text file names are no longer bound to the Title,Author format
- Introduced new config file option for setting the character that separates title and author in the book text file name
- loadBook and saveBook commands have been shortened to Load and Save for convenience

- Books imported from text files lose newline/carriage return characters, causing text to potentially stick together
