- Added /loadbook, /deletebook, and /listbook
- Renamed /savetxt to /savebook to coincide with the functions above
- Added file "conf.yml" to all saved book folders to keep book names and author, along with some settings
- Fixed bug where non-op players couldn't edit their own books
- Fixed bug where /copybook sometimes returned ghost-books
