Thanks Arnefm for finding these bugs:
- Fixed: Sometimes, the time of a ticket would be displayed wrong.
- Fixed: Month of ticket creation was off by one.
- Fixed: Players can now submit signed books. Those books will be automatically converted to written books.
- Fixed: Book Ticket won't try forcing a book to be given to a player when their inventory is full.
- Updated: to CraftBukkit 1.6.4
