Correct bug about events on DoubleChest

Installation

Put the .jar in your 'plugins' folder.
On first start it creates its own folder with a config.yml and a file 'treasures.yml'.
You will find a basic treasure creation inside this 'treasures.yml'

Depend: Vault, WorldEdit, WorldGuard

This mod has no additional files
