## Fixes
+ Tridents would endlessly explode while underwater.
+ Tridents would explode after bouncing off a player.
+ Players with no perms would get their arrow deleted on self-hitting.
+ Mobs could not harm players/mobs if Permission was required.

+ Added perm checks to avoid unnecessary processing.
+ Verbose is a bit fancier and more clear.
+ Removed a useless check for the .all permission.
