0.2.3b (30th, June)
1) Fixed bug where XP would not be refunded if sign was broken by non-direct player damage event, such as removing block under sign.

Note: This does not broadcast or give message to players breaking sign, only to XP Bank owner if online. Normal direct damage to sign (players breaking sign) will act normally and give out proper messages to both player removing sign and to bank owner.

2) Fixed conflict issues with plugins such as SafeCreeper.
NOTE: Before restarting server, change Block-Explosives: true to Block-Explosives: false if you are having error messages like..

How to update.
1) Add line following line to bottom of your config.yml file:
XP-Bank-Refund-NonPlayerDmg: Your XP Bank has been removed, <amount> XP refunded
OR
2) stop server, remove config.yml and start server to let plugin generate new file.

Not really bugs but bit annoying things.

1) When player bank runs out XP, sign will stay in place until its destroyed.
