BlockRarity

Rarity is a simple plugin that does one thing- gives a chance for set blocks to drop nothing. This can be useful for servers where you wish the materials to be more valuable, or to make lesser materials (wood, stone, leather) actually worth gathering. Essentially this makes the opposite of an "OP" server. You can also make it so that certain blocks don't drop their items by setting their chance to 0.

Features:

• Set only a chance for a block to drop its item
• Permission to exempt effects (rarity.exempt)
• Specific world set where the plugin is enabled (also includes the world's end and nether) (So it doesn't screw with your minigames or other stuff)
