BlockHeads - Set blocks as a helmet

Update for 1.2.5

Completely rewritten!

Many new features and compatible with the lates RC Build R4.

Changelog:
Removed /bh help and /bh version > New command: /bhhelp
You are now able to use ALL blocks and items in the game (also from mods, if installed in MP)
Just enter /bh and hold the item in your hand!

New permission nodes:

blockheads.* Gives you access to all features!
blockheads.[item-id] Gives you acces to the item. Please enter an ID, not a name
OP Gives you access to all features!

Now users can't cheat the blocks/items because the must have it in there hand/inventory!
