Updates:
- added command /landlandadminclaimspawn <# blocks> (need chunkprotector.admin)
this command will register the spawn as big as you want and will override any claim inside
only ops can build break inside this is because most servers have big spawns and to admins
not need to claim very much to claim the total area.
the # blocks will be for each side ex. /landlandadminclaimspawn 50 will be 50 left 50 right 50 front 50 back
and unlimited on Y
