v0.082 - Bug fixes

• Added checks for reserved characters in blockdoor commands
• Empty databases will no longer re-save. Prevents server crash on startup causing database to be deleted.
• Added new blocks to internal fallback item database
• Added horse / crafthorse to internal fallback mob database
• Changed from int health to double health in zone thread

Contains a bug related to Item 2 in the above change log. The bug causes the plugin to be more likely to eat the database instead of less. It is recommend to use 0.083 version. BlockDoor 0.083
