slightly improved zone detection by not checking entities against zones that cant have those entity types.
added external Mob database so future updates simply need to add to the mobs.txt instead of me hard coding mobs for Uzones
If mobs.txt is corrupted or an incorrect value is added the database is ignored and the internal database is used.
Technically a valid entry is anything in org.bukkit.craftbukkit.entity But usefully Craft(someMob) are what should be placed inside Mobs.txt
Fixed a bug in zone overlap detection causing zones to be rejected under all conditions.
added keyword "twostate" as a valid dlist search term
