Blockbot

Meet Blockbot - a chat-based bot that you can talk to! This is my first plugin. it doesn't currently have too many features, but I'll be updating it, so stay tuned!

How to Use

It's simple! All you need to do is type '/blockbot' and then type something in chat!

You can type 'goodbye' or 'bye' or anything of the sort to stop speaking with Blockbot.

IMPORTANT: If you get an error in your console when starting up Blockbot for the first time, that's okay! Just restart the server and it'll be fine.

Commands

• /blockbot - Makes Blockbot respond to your chat messages.
• /bottoggle - Toggles whether players are able to use /blockbot.

Permissions

• blockbot.bottoggle - Allows you to use /bottoggle.
• blockbot.broadcast - Allows you to broadcast messages to the server via Blockbot.

Plugin Files

config.yml:

The config only contains the words Blockbot recognizes and the curse words it'll block. You can change it if you want, but there's really no reason to.

global.yml:

This file allows you to toggle auto-updating. Just set "update: " to "true" or "false."

updater.log:

When you start/restart your server, Blockbot will keep a record of whether it updated or not in this file.
