Block Dyer

This update

• (1.5.7) Get it out of Nixill's head that the plugin is still named "PaintWool" - permission nodes have been renamed to use "blockdyer." as the root.
• (1.5.6) Emergency update because default config would not save for some reason
• (1.5.0) Update to add config, multiple blocks per dye, permissions
  • A warning: A rank that starts with all permissions granted and then removes specific permissions will be able to use this plugin without consuming dyes/water bottles (unless paintwool.noconsume is false), and will be able to bypass WorldGuard and similar plugins (unless paintwool.overridewg is denied) even if the bypass permission within those plugins is already denied.
  • (1.5.1-1.5.5) Bugfixes on this
• (1.5.0) Fix a bug where the metadata byte of a washed block would remain, which would cause washed clay blocks to not stack and would cause glass to appear "shattered" as different data values are treated as different chunks of glass
• (1.5.0) Remove "alpha" from version string
