IMPORTANT: This update WILL replace your old configuration, make sure you have a BACKUP of your current configuration, so you can copy over some sections to save you time!

- Included Economy/Non-Economy prize and join fees (Economy is Vault Dependent)

- Removed /bingo restart, /bingo reload

- Bingo does not automatically start, an administrator must type "/bingo start" to start a game.

- Entry Fee option now checked when a player types "/bingo join" when a game was started.

- Game duration announced at the end of the game
