- added players, who aren't in the fight, who are in creativemode and without permission "bhungergames.place" can't place blocks. (config: BlockPlace)
- added players, who aren't in the fight, who are in creativemode and without permission "bhungergames.drop" can't drop items. (config: ItemDrop)
- added players, who died have automatic creativemode. If they join again in the battle, they have again survivalmode. (not yet in the config)
- added in the config the setting "world". It's not used, yet, i think ;)
- fixed the bug with the config
- some other bugfixes
