BetterWeather

BetterWeather allows users to customize the rate at which WeatherEvents take place. Using the config-file, you may set the minimum delay between WeatherEvents, as well as the maximum delay. The actual delay is chosen randomly from between these numbers. 

Note: This plugin is not suitable for disabling Rain and Thunderstorms. It is meant to give the user more freedom in choosing how often they want a weather type to appear.
