+ Leashed entities now drop their lead when killed.
* Leash-Hitches now properly get removed upon Entity death.
* OPs can no longer interact with Players when lacking a lead.
* Players can no longer leash Ender Dragons, Endermen, Slimes, Magma Cubes, or Ghasts.
- Players are no longer warned when attempting to place lead onto other Players.
