BetterGlow v1.0.0 - Initial Release

Cosmetic glow & particle plugin for Paper servers. Every player can customize their own glowing outline and particle effects through a simple GUI menu - no permissions required.

Features:
- /glow menu - click-to-select GUI, no commands to memorize
- 16 static glow outline colors
- Rainbow mode - glow outline cycles through colors continuously for an RGB-style effect
- 8 independent particle auras: Enchant, Flame, Heart, Portal, Snowflake, Witch, End Rod, Electric Spark
- Glow outline and particle effects toggle independently - mix and match freely
- Full command support: /glow toggle, /glow color <name>, /glow rainbow [on|off], /glow effect <name>, /glow help
- Per-player settings persist across server restarts
- Configurable particle rate and rainbow cycle speed via config.yml
- Optional PlaceholderAPI integration for TAB / tablist plugin compatibility

Requirements: Paper 1.21 - 1.21.11, Java 21+
