Better Horses

• Horses with more than a 5.5 block jump now will not take fall damage based on their jump value.
• Horses now warp with players who teleport (eg. via commands like /warp). New matching configuration.
• New horse combat abilities: Charge and Stomp.
  • Charge: While on a horse, right-click while holding an item will cause the horse to do a slight speed-up and flash red. Running into other creatures, players, etc. while this is occurring will kick them back far and deal damage based on horse's max health.
  • Stomp: While jumping on a horse, will perform an AoE attack on landing, dealing damage based on horse's jump strength and pushes enemies back from the point of impact.

• Horse warps fixed; Now work properly and configurable to prevent horses from warping to certain areas.
• New configuration: horseWarpLag can be used to warp regardless of warp delay.
• Horse warps tied to horseGrief config: If false, players won't be able to teleport with horses they do not own.
• Horse combat abilities now direct aggro to player on horse.
• Notch apple breeding bonuses nerfed.
