BeaconPowers is and plugin used for custom twist smp's you can use this for your smp aswell here is all the information about the plugin
There are total 8 types of beacons 
1.Beacon of flame - this is and beacon which gives you power of flames 
move 1 - fires an explosive fire ball dealing damage equivelent to tnt minecart
ussage - right click with beacon in hand

move2 -  its and blue flame thower dealing crazy damage to players every tick

ussage - left click with beacon in hand

reqirements - need an upgrader which can be obtained by an op comand /beacongive <player> upgrader you can get it and add  in your shop using addhanditem

ultimate move - it rains flaming meteors and destorys anything in its path 

ussage - shift + right click

reqirements - 5 kill streak + upgrader

THE REQIREMENTS AND USSAGE IS SAME FOR ALL BEACONS

2.Beacon of sea 
move1 - shoots an sonic boom to where  you look
move2 - an water wave hits enemy and deals great damage along with cool water effects

ultimate move - summons an whirpool wwhich deals insane tick damage and summmons 5 helper elder guardian

3 .Beacon of thunder
move1 - hits nearest entity or player with an lightning bolt which stuns them for 5 seconds
move 2 - gives player lightning speed for an specific amount of time
ultimate move - makes an thunder domain in which all entitys get struck by lightning doing crazy damage every lightning hit

4. Beacon of nature

move1 - summons 2 helper iron golem who act like wolves
move 2 - summons 5 strength 2 resistence 2 and speed 2 wolves
Ultimate move - stuns enemies for a breif period of time in vine and plants

5. Beacon of wind 

move1 - wind dash it dashes you forwward can be used with mace 
move2 - pull it pulls players or nearest entity towards you can be used for combos
Ultimate move - it summons an tornado which sucks players in and deals crazy damage

6. Beacon of shadow

move1 - shoots an shadow skull which hits enemies and aply debuff effects like wweakness slowness blindness
move 2 - its an black hole kinda thing sucks player in and than blasts away
Ultimate move - its an shadow domain in wwhich players take crazy damage evry second and are stunned

7. Beacon of frost

move1 - ice skating it summons blue ice bellow you when you are in air so you can basicaly fly on blue ice
move2 - ice prison it traps enemies in ice and stun them
Ultimate move - Snow blizzard its an blizard type domain expansion 

8. Beacon of Illusion

move1 - summons illusion clones which look like youand gives u invisiblity
move2 - under construction
Ultimate move - makes an domain expansion like an semi sircle of skulk blocks which cant be escaped summons 5 helper ender mans and give blindess to players

THE COMMANDS

/beacongive <player> <flame/sea/thunder/wind/nature/shadow/illusion/frost>
/beaconpowers test (removes cooldown and reqirements so u can test all moves )

NOTE you can only keep 1 beacon in inv once so if you need another using command first remove one from your inventory by putting it in creative menu or clear inv than use the /beacon give cmd
