Intro:
This plugin allows users to use an item which is set in the config as handcuffs! You right click a user with the handcuff item and it stops them from placing/breaking blocks and interacting with anything. There is also a /carry command that allows you to pickup users who have been handcuffed!
Commands:

Config:
The config is very simple and only have a few options.
do players have to shift to use the items? use-shifting: true the max distance that you can handcuff someone from. max-cuff-distance: 3.0 the material that the handcuff is. cuff-material: STRING the material that the key item is key-material: TRIPWIRE_HOOK
