Base Commands provides all the commands that regular players and admins might need.

IF UPGRADING FROM 2.0.4: Please DELETE the config File the new Versions of BaseCommands has a Config updater but wont replace config versions from 2.0.4 and older!

As of V1.0
This plugin now creates a file called BC-banned-players in the server root this is what BaseCommands uses for banned players
This plugin requires Vualt: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/vault/ for permissions to work if not found it defaults to op
if no permissions are found it defaults to OP/ Bukkit Perms
Must Have Java 7! Java 6 will error!
