BarMessage - Send messages via the boss bar

Welcome! BarMessage is a great plugin to broadcast something to players. Because we use the boss bar every player should see the message. :P
What is BarMessage?
BarMessage is a plugin to send players a message via the boss bar. You can decide who can receive messages via permissions and also set a prefix or suffix to all messages!
Config
- Set the time that the messages are avaible
- Set a prefix to every message
- Set a suffix to every message
Setup
- Drag the plugin .jar file into your plugins folder
- Start or reload your server
- Complete! Now have fun with the plugin! :)
