BarCast
First release of BarCast to public. THIS IS A DEV BUILD, FIRST RELEASE, EXPECT BUGS!!
This release WILL contain bugs and is not recommended to use on a public server.
Update Info
In this new update, the ender dragon sound will fix will be gone (possibly.) Not sure yet how it will work if a player is at 256 block height and it spawns a message bar. (Ender dragon.)
If someone can confirm the bug above, as I don't have time to test it out, please post a ticket, PM me or just leave a comment.
Added 'barcast.*' to access all permissions.
Added 'barcast.see' to be able to see the message bar.
Removed the '/barcast add' command as it is not working, yet.

When changing the amount of time if the message is running, won't work.
Debugging may cause big memory usage, I do not recommend using this.
You can hear the ender dragon wings, will be removed in the next release.
This bug is not yet confirmed. If a player leaves the server, all the other messages will go away. (As said, this bug is NOT YET confirmed.)
