Plugin was updated for 1.6.4

Fixed Essentials issues, the user's yml file gets deleted now instead of just home info.

Still working on a fix for other issues

• Only works if user is online when you ban them, added command to manually do it for now.

WorldGuard support must be disabled in BanSync config if you do not have WorldGuard installed

PlotMe does remove the plot, but the server has to be rebooted in order for the plot to be able to be claimed. Working on a fix for this still.
