I'm a 14 years old boy from Belgium, I like to script and this is my first plugin.
If you download it, I can get a better programmer and make better plugins!
I know this isn't a hard plugin but I would be very happy if you download it.
== The plugin ==
Just use /bpip (ban player ip) to ban a player's ip by entering his name.
== Configuration ==
You can edit the ban-message in the config.yml file (Default: {Player} has been IPBanned.)
I also included permissions: BanPlayerIP.bpip
