Features a toggle-able tool based command executor, with a custom ban message and a choice of what tool/block you use!

Features an block encasing feature. Right click on the player with the designated tool(default: bone) to encase them in the block defined in config!

Added update check when plugin is enabled.

When rightclicking an entity that is not a player, console will receive error message. Will be fixed in v0.3
