ADDED /bw clear <player> to clear a player from an active mutes/bans hashmap (basically unmuting them or unbanning them) and /bw clearall to clear all of them.

NOTE: If you don't have a permissions plugin, players will be able to use the plugin by default. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PERMISSIONS PLUGIN! Also do not spam clear the hashmaps.
