What's new

Folia native alpha maintenance build. Native ban/pardon, cooldowns and persistence; no Bukkit menus, recipes or optional weapon effect.

Exact file tested on Minecraft 1.20.4, runtime folia. Automated clients passed commands, permissions, ban kill, denied reconnection, pardon kill and no duplicated victim hammer after rejoining. Other server forks, modpacks and high-player-count capacity are not individually certified.
