When you shoot a arrow with a bow on contact it will create a bang! Damaging the player and land, I have tested and WorldGuard can protect your server from this. just simple block explosions. It works the same way tent does but there is no prime. Just get a bow + arrow and shoot. That is simply what it does nothing more nothing less, this is a smaller plugin that at some point I will include in a larger one. ( Have Also made this with snowballs I might put that on bucket dev if I can get permissions to work.
If you are making a server such as factions and want something different then just get this plugin, very few servers have this feature. Let me try to paint a picture in your head. You just hit 5000 players ever joining. You need something new but basic. You look on bukkit but find little then you see this. You plop it on your server as a temporary plugin. A special feature for the month. Players are shooting at each other making it a more intense gameplay but one more thing With each shot a bang! And another from the other player! simple but awesome!
