Added new configs:
announce_broadcast - can be set to true or false. If set to false it will only message the player, if set to true it will message the entire server what a player lost
steal_money - can be set to true or false. If false, even if you have a money plugin, it won't steal money
steal_items - can be set to true or false. If false it won't steal items
