* added    : config parameter "bake.general.noMeddle", which when true, will prohibit the plugin to change the config.

* added    : config parameter "bake.general.configVersion", which controls how the config should be converted to newer Versions

* changed: now supporting 1.12,1.13 AND 1.14 AT THE SAME TIME (at least sort of)

* changed: placeholders are now marked with "%": e.g.: "%PLAYER%" instead of "&PLAYER;"

* changed: no longer using multiple parameter for the chat events, instead, it will be a single parameter storing all of the lines, line breaks are shown via %NEWLINE%
