Permissions (2.x and 3.x) support removed.- Points can now be negative (-10) as well as positive (10).
- Added option to disable/enable the receiver of a point gain/removal/setting getting a message. See Installation for details.

- Rewrote practically all of the plugin, should be a bit more efficient and easier for me to work with. Hopefully didn't miss any bugs. :D
