AxSellwands

- Recoded the internals of how sell wand actions are handled. If you notice anything not working as it used to, please report it to us.
- Added an "actions" section to the config, which can be used to rebind or disable the sell/inspect buttons.
- The sold items text is now formatted in sell wand lores and messages.
- Migrated most systems to use components instead of strings, which should allow more places to use MiniMessage and better compatibility with modern features.
- API changes: The AxSellwandsSellEvent is no longer cancellable (it never actually cancelled the item removal, which defeated the point) and added an unmodifiable soldItems map, which can be used to get which items were sold.

The partial recode also allows us to add more advanced features, the next one planned is the ability for the plugin to detect and sell items from shulkers.
