- Fixed issue where a missing config file would cause constant null pointer exceptions during play.

- It is worth noting that if you ARE still missing the RepairCosts config file, you will not be notified of a failure outside of the warning that occurs during server start-up or refresh; most notably, you will be allowed to completely use up an item (and it will disappear) without any protest from AutoRepair.
