What is AutoPotions?
About
AutoPotions is a plugin where you use a command to give a player any potion effect for a specified amount of time every 5 minutes, or whatever time you specify.

Permissions
Current Available Potion Effects: NightVision, Haste, Strength, Speed, JumpBoost, Regeneration, and Resistance.
potions.<potion effect> - Ability to use /<potion effect>
potions.<potion effect>.auto - Ability to use /<potion effect>.auto
potions.<potion effect>.all - Ability to use /<potion effect> *
potions.<potion effect>.other - Ability to use /<potion effect> <player name>

Commands
/<potion effect> - Gives you a potion effect for the specified amount of time
/<potion effect>.<player name> - Gives another player a potion effect
/<potion effect>.auto - Gives you a potion effect every 5 minutes, or whatever time you specified in config
/<potion effect>.* - Gives everyone a potion effect
